I was studying psychology at Swindburne University online while I was working full time at the Commonwealth Bank. I was seeking answers to my own psyche issues; being raised in a cult, mirrored body shame, fear of food and mother wounding, my list of concerns goes on.
But I could not be at work all day on the computer and then come home to online studies, my body said no, so I quit uni for the second time.
But I desperately wanted deep healing.
My intellectual mind needed answers.
That's when I discovered the Psychology of Eating and my life changed.
I finally reached out for help.
