We are taking yoga online and into the comfort of your own home.
What a perfect time to go within and embrace the home practice with the guidance of a yoga instructor / food & body coach.
The classes are gentle and focused on building your knowledge and awareness of poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and basic yogic philosophy, one week at at time.
There will be two different classes per week in unique styles.
This is a slow and meditative class focusing on fewer postures held for longer periods of time.
A traditional hatha flow yoga class set at a comfortable pace.
Classes are suitable for all levels.
Additionally, there will be meditations, individual pose demos & in-depth pose explanations, yogic readings, wellbeing tips plus guest videos from other wellness experts sprinkled throughout for you to enjoy when you choose as an added bonus for being part of the community.
The first month is totally free, so you can try before you buy.
After that, the fee is $35 per month.
A huge saving on your usual yoga class which is about $20. Instead you get eight yoga classes for just a few dollars more. Blanket / Throw
An eye mask is handy
Strap, scarf or belt for deeper stretches
Pillow for the Yin class
Yoga block or stack of books for Yin
Best of all you can watch when it suits you and as many times as you like!
