When I was working at the Commonwealth Bank in 2003 you would never hear the word LOVE being used.
I worked there again in 2015 and Love, Community, Sustainability, Consciousness, Presence, Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Work Life Balance were common and accepted phrases.
Admittedly however, I still stood out for being healthy, what a downer I was!
That's why I know there is still wiggle room in these spaces for greater integration of health and wellbeing because it's where we spend so much of our precious time and energy.
And no matter the type of office, be it rural and small, city based and edgy or corporate, we start where we are.
Making small sensible tweaks for your organisation to help normalise healthy habits in culture.

The likelihood is that the last time someone gave you a meal plan, you stuck with it for three days before slipping and then deciding it was over anyway because you needed to attend a work function, birthday, etc.. and be social.
