FROM BINGE EATING, EMOTIONAL EATING & OVEREATING PAIN
A NEW APPROACH TO BINGE, OVER &
EMOTIONAL EATING PROBLEMS
This is usually the place women end up after they've tried everything else.
And this is the place to be if you're ready to take a step forward out of the terrible cycle of binge eating / diet / binge eating / emotional eating / diet / shame / pain.... and all over again.
NO DIETS, RULES OR
FAKE MIRACLE PILLS
Rest assured there are no lifestyle diets to follow.
You won't be asked to purchase a protein blend or green powder and I'm not here to give you restrictions you will not be able to maintain.
The Eating Psychology approach stems from not what we eat, but who we are as eaters, so these gimmicky fads which trust me I have tried, that work for a while but are not sustainable, will not feature in this particular journey.
It's not that they don't have their place, rather they're a supplement to an already well functioning relationship with food & body.
They are not the solution.
JUST FOUNDING PRINCIPLES THAT WORK
You can't control these bad habits with a diet because 95% of dieters end up fatter!
It's a painful cycle.
88% of women report being unhappy with their bodies and 35% have an eating disorder.
We are not alone in this but clearly we are not well when it comes to food, and yet food is not the problem.
So what does work?
Founding principles that address the root cause of why we show up with these symptoms. The eating challenge is not the problem - it's the reasons why we do it that is.
Using sound scientific methods that assess the most fundamental simple truths we can actually go to the root and work our way up from there.
YOUR EATING PSYCHOLOGY MENTOR
Hello dear lovely lady, welcome to the Binge Liberation Online Journey.
This short 14 day course teaches you how to deal with persistent unwanted eating and body image challenges without using any diets or other punishing strategies.
These are the same principles I used to transform my own yo-yo relationship to food addiction and body shame. Now, I have a lot of respect for my body and what I put in it.
I wanted to create something that took into account the busy lifestyles we lead, so it's short in duration and length plus it's audio only. You can download the workbooks if you want, but otherwise there's no screen time.
Miracles? No. But you will walk away with at least one, if not more, treasured items that will help you take bold leaps forward on your journey to liberation.
That's way better than empty promises.
See you there x Miriam

"Here's the thing few ladies know; you can try to diet, but you'll fail because the diet comes last. You have to be in a mental health place where you're using the diet out of self care, not self harm. To get to self care, you need to liberate yourself first."
